The membership of the Quardu Gboni Mandingo Association in the United States has constituted the Board of Directors. Meanwhile, the elected board representatives met recently at a teleconference and elected Hon. Ahmed Sheriff from St. Louis as their Chairman, Hon. Musa Kamara of Minnesota as their Vice Chairman and Hon. Kewuleh Dorleh as their Secretary respectively. Other members of the Board include Hon. Geemah Kamara of Rhode Island, Hon. Mariam Fofana of Newark, New Jersey, and Hon. Lasana Trawally (former interim QGMA president). The Executive leadership headed by President Mohamed Jangai Kanneh wishes to extend its welcoming arms to the members of the Board and is looking forward to working with them to push projects that will benefit QGMA members and the Quardu Gboni District in Liberia.
